July 2008-September 2016 Hutchinson/Mayrath – Clay Center, Kansas Oversee all aspects of safety, quality and on-time delivery of a $50 million/year agricultural equipment company. Responsible for 185 employees in fabrication, weld, paint, assembly, shipping, production control, industrial engineering, maintenance, and tool/die. Implemented Lean Manufacturing, standard work methods, new safety audits, and a continuous improvement process. Achieved a 50% improvement in safety and a 20% reduction in warranty costs. Manufacturing coordinator of 4 companies in the corporate ERP system change to Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Managed the Manufacturing Engineering Department of an $85 million/year company, overseeing 3 Industrial Engineers, 10 Maintenance Technicians, and 3 Tool & Die Machinists. Started as Paint Line Supervisor, was promoted to Assembly Manager overseeing 120 workers in the Assembly Department, and then was promoted to Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

Managed fertilized egg production of a 60,000 eggs per day facility (short-term start up for a family friend).

Sheet Metal Fabrication Manager September 2001 - March 2004

PTMW - Topeka, Kansas

Managed CNC sheet metal shop that produced $6 million worth of sheet metal parts per year using CNC turret punch, brake presses, and CNC folder. Responsible for a new $1 million fabrication building - specified, gathered bids, chose contractor, and supervised construction.
