Responsible for the management of the maintenance and custodial operations at over 40 City buildings
equaling over 600,000 SF of office space, and 300,000 SF of shop/warehouse space.
Prepare Facility Operating and CIP budgets for City Hall, Carnegie Town Hall, Siouxland Libraries, Fire
Stations, Police Station and various other entities. Develop 5 year and 20 year Building Master Plans.
Project Manager for building improvement and remodeling projects. Secured $800,000 Energy Grant.
Managed a 19 member Maintenance/Custodial crew which consists of a Custodial Supervisor, a Lead Building Maintenance mechanic, seven Building Maintenance Workers, and ten Custodians. Duties include hiring, coaching, and evaluating staff.
