Richmond Nephrology Associates Richmond, Virginia I am the lead nurse for Dr. Peter Condro, one of the second physicians to ever start this Nephrology Practice. I deal directly with DaVita Dialysis in assisting with our patients care. I prep all of the charts, triage the patient, extensively go over medication lists, check edema and document and changes. I set up AV Fistula placements or any other type of access used for Dialysis. I draw blood, collect urine, do urinalysis on a daily basis.
