Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is the largest customer-owned health insurance company in the United States is the operating division of subsidiaries including Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) of Illinois, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma and Montana. Multiple projects were designed under ‘Retail Market Application Suite’ (RMAS) program to address the requirements of Affordability Care Act (ACA).

Retail Enrollment and Services (RMAS)

Identified nuances during process of enrollments varied with factors such as w/wo involving CMS, LOBs and state dependent factors to define and document processes

Performed Gap analysis with existing system, to accommodate changes in EDI 834 in compliance with HIPAA 5010

Facilitated and participated in War-room sessions, JAD Sessions and One-on-one meetings to elicit requirements from Business owners, SMEs, Business uses and other key stakeholders
