Sr BA hired to deliver Designee Training System (DTS) as a new component of the FAA Designee Management System (DMS) incorporated as a REST API. Put project on track by working with client, developers, QA, and team management. Refined user requirements into User Stories for developers to deliver in an ordered backlog. Created Screen mockups, User manuals. Also corrected and finalized BRD, FRD, Test Cases, UAT Test cases. Delivery in a .NET / Angular environment using Office tools, Jira, and Confluence.

TCS - Primary Financial Corp - Sr Business Analyst - Sep 2023 - Nov 2023

Lead discovery effort to create new and enhanced systems for a specialized financial services firm. Created BPMN, Epics, and User Stories for a new investor portal to allow self-service of credit unions and banks allowing posting of new and servicing existing certificate offerings via a secure web portal. Worked with SMEs, UX designers, and technical advisors to create wireframes. Also created Epics / User Stories in Azure along with wireframes for updates to existing systems to allow the sale of secondary market certificates. Used MEGA to create business and functional drawing (BPMN), then attached processes, capabilities, business rules, and data elements; created business process maps and other master documents. Worked with rules writers, UI team, and testers to drive out, requirements, wireframes, and test scripts. Developed process maps to create customer focus improvements to Glass Claims processing. Drove process mapping for Life/Health modernization project.

Omnicare – Aug 2011 – Feb 2012 – Lead Business Analyst

Business Analyst assigned to support ServiceNow in an ITIL environment. Created Service-Now based Request Management System. Developed an interface between Kenexa automated applicant tracking system (2XB Brass Ring), automated on-boarding system (2XO On-Boarding), ADP payroll systems and ServiceNow Service Request module in an Agile environment. Converted OS2COR Help Desk & OASIS Help Desk to ServiceNow. Job duties included conducting JDE meetings, process modeling, creating requirements, and testing.

Motorists Mutual Insurance Company – Apr 2010 – Aug 2011 – Senior Business Analyst

Commercial Lines P & C -Worked on a project to bring Motorist affiliates Phenix (yes that’s spelled correctly) Mutual & Iowa Mutual into Java/J2EE based Motorist Advantage System. This was a six state, seven product line (GL, CA, CP, CU, WC, CR, IM) conversion. Duties included:

•Conducted JAD sessions with Sr. Managers to elicit requirements and strategies.

•Identified base state ISO rules, state exceptions and company exceptions and documented the approved company/state requirements.
