• Liaison between the customer, Verizon customer service and Verizon LEC partners

NOC(s).

• Managed all HP/ Bank of America post sales projects( i.e. disconnects, ATM diversity

project, Chronics projects, zero tolerance project, 10/ 40G wellness plans, and VOIP project).

• Managed a team that upheld the HP contractual MTTR for four years.

• Responsible for all executive escalations within the Verizon partnership.

• Forged the relationship with the Verizon NOC and our partner LECs to give HP/ Bank of

America priority after emergency services and the federal government.
