OBJECTIVE

I'm an active Baby Boomer in excellent health, with a diversified construction and maintenance

background. I'm seeking either full time or part time employment...not only to supplement my retirement

income, but to make a meaningful contribution to an organization who can utilize my talents. I enjoy

working with and learning from people of all ages, and welcome any opportunity to learn better or more

appropriate ways to complete a job or problem solve.

I have effective communication skills enabling me to build client relationships, address complaints and

interact with my co-workers. I am skilled in problem solving, troubleshooting and meeting deadlines. I'm a

self-starter who also thrives in a team environment.

I am patient, persistent, organized and take pride in a clean work area. I've been recognized for my

superior work ethic and my perfectionist eye for quality and detail. I can simultaneously manage multiple

job responsibilities.

With my children grown and on their own, my time is flexible and I'm available to work most days and
