AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Business Development (Trading & Commercial):

Business development activities like follow up on inquiries, searching

for prospective clients thru net n thru own past experience, regular

follow through to convert them into customers & relationship

management.

Communications with Commodity Brokers,Sourcing Agents of Various

companies, Esteemed parties, executing thru Govt Tenders, to generate

domestic n export sales for Rice, Soya Non Gmo products like Soya

Lecithin, DOC, Soya Flour,TVPs, Refined Soya Bean Oil, Fatty Acid n

Other than regular buyers,Identifying new prospective clients,

generating business from new accounts & developing them to achieve

consistent profitability.

Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major

clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving

delivery & quality norms.

Promoting and diffusing innovations and outstanding traditional

knowledge practices through market and non-market channels.

Logistics:

Managing the logistic functions and negotiating with

shippers/transporters for cost effective transport solution and

clearances,waybills.

Monitoring and analyzing the loss in transit and undertaking measures

to control the same.

Tracking of shipment to avoid delay at any transshipment port.

Co-ordination between production deptt.,QC deptt & the logistic deptt

to ensure a hassle free shipment.

Overseeing and coordinating day to day operation of facility ensuring

timely processing of cargo.

Exports Procedures and Documentations:

Close interaction with the Documentation department for timely

submission of export documents in Bank, check all the documents and

monitoring their proper submission in bank as per the terms and

condition of L/C or Sales contract.

Co-ordination with the Shipping line, CHA, get the vessel planning,

follow the shipping line/CHA for timely shipments, release the freight

payment and then arranging Bill Of Lading.

Arrange for inspections & attestation of export documents for

providing them to CHA for Filing Shipping Bill, Special care is to be

taken for follow-up ensuring that once all excise formalities are

over.

Follow up for Documents, for Timely dispatch, for final receipt of

payment from party.

Customer Relationship Management:

Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction

by achieving delivery & service quality norms.

Handling Customer Schedules & ensuring on time dispatches. Preparing

and Executing Sales & Distribution Plan.

Attending Customers (individuals/ corporate customers) concerns &

complaints and undertaking steps for effective resolving them.

Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the

products utilities.

Maintaining cordial relations with services team for speedy response

to customer's complaint to sustain the profitability of the business.
