Responsibilities

Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks. Make inbound reports for incoming trucks. Put away pallets in racking system and on floor locations. Pull and stage orders. Check inbound and outbound trucks for accuracy. I ran the department with up to 6 employees under me and had to make sure daily tasks got completed on time.

Accomplishments

When I took over the position of lead person the department was doing poorly. After just a few months I helped make the dept. turn around and head in a good positive direction.

Skills Used

Had to use leadership and cummunication skills. Use Sap scanners. Drive sit down, stand up, and order picker lifts.

Shipping and storage associate. Bilingual, stepdad is Hispanic and has been teaching me since I was 5 years old. 22 years speaking Spanish.

Responsibilities

Unload trucks from receiving. Put up pallets in racking systems in 3 warehouses. Make room and relocate pallets to be able to put up all the pallets in a shift. Stage orders to be loaded. Audit staged loads. Load orders that have been staged and audited. Palletize cases coming down production line. Scan, wrap, and transport pallets to correct warehouses.

Accomplishments

Very reliable worker. In a position the required 4 people, during the majority of my time in this position of put away, we only used 2 people.

Skills Used

Communication skills. Ability to get job tasks done correctly and on time. Use of scanners to complete tasks assigned. Operate riding pallet jack, double riding pallet jack, sit down, stand up, and narrow aisle reach lifts. Bilingual in Spanish. Stepdad is Hispanic and has been teaching me since I was 5 years old. 22 years speaking Spanish.
