This WELLPOINT/ANTHEM project was to enhance and support a set of medical
management systems. It was a 70 member team to enhance three web
applications(MasToolBar, PRAT, HQP) and care management applications( ECC
and Trimed), with associated batch systems.
. Analyzed the systems to complete the impact analysis. Designed the
application changes as per the business requirements.
. Identify the gap in the business logic by collecting comments/concerns
from business analysts, incident tickets and weekly team meetings.
Design solution for these issues and lead the team through the entire
SDLC cycle to implement these changes in the production environment.
. Helped the management to identify the gap in execution or
implementation process and suggest resolutions to derive better
solutions.
. Derived the development schedule and report the progress by driving
the weekly project status meetings including the entire team.
. Reviewed the deliverables including documentations, application code
and test cases to make sure that all the business requirements have
