primary packaging. Supplying the food and drinks industry on a

2011 - 2014 Self Employed
. Assisted with the design of a brand new facility, then
relocate existing machinery into the factory.
. Assist in the planning and organisations of the removal and
relocation of eight production machines into Bulgaria from
Germany and the UK, and organise the training of the staff to
facilitate the smooth transition and efficient production to
minimise customer disruption.
. Involved in new production development to achieve quality and
quantity in time.
. Maintenance Supervisor, create a culture of fix first time,
base on root cause analysis.
2007 - 2011 Process Improvement Manager
. After successfully working for eleven months with the process
improvement team my position was consolidated within the Rugby
plant.
. Emphasis being placed on the removal of dead time in the
machinery, training of staff and product development, new
product lines running efficiently and effectively.
. Improving efficiency on tool changes through task analysis.
. Achieved a 35% increase in cycle time through out the plant,
tool change reduced by 40% and created a comprehensive
training plan for the plants operators.
2006 - 2007 Process Improvement Technician
Invited to join a small process improvement team, Targeted with
achieving greater M/c efficiency
and reduction of scrap levels on
4 sites in UK, Germany, New Zealand and Bulgaria.
