Associate Product Manager – Contract position as Associate Product Manager for GES Portables Ordering Platform; ExpressoPro.

Brought in to fix a troubled digital product, called ExpressoPro. Corrections were done throughout the product including the API, code and user interface errors.

Development of documentation of all the features missing to bring the platform to compliance with legal procedures and to match old platform’s functionality.

Main liaison with the product development partner; ExhibitForce.

In charge of the development of over 55k worth of new functionality based on client requirements and other needed.

All development was performed using Agile Methodology with sprints ranging from a week to a month duration.

Accomplished the migration of 90% of existing clients from the old Assembly language platform into ExpressoPro. Among the client’s migrated are TOTO, Verizon, Walgreens, Pfizer, P&G, EPRI, etc.
