Ability to Work under Pressure
I have been a volunteer at Okotoks Urgent Care for 3 hours a week in the lab. Duties include: preparing and specific lab kits and distributing to work rooms. Filing faxed requisitions, greeting lab and x-ray. Making sure Urgent Care and Lab have all supplies they need – clinical and stationary.
Prior to this I volunteered at the Oilfield’s General Hospital in Black Diamond, in the Acute Care department. The duties included: delivering water, visiting with patients.
Other activities I enjoy are, gardening, crafting, and family time.
