Contrack International Inc, established in 1985 as Washington DC Corporation, is now one of the leading construction companies. Worked in Qatar with their management team as HR Administrator. Earlier worked with their STP (Science and Technology Park, Qatar) and Al-Udeid American Airbase projects and later worked with them for their prestigious SIDRA project. SIDRA was that time the biggest construction project in Qatar and biggest healthcare project in whole UAE. We were dealing with almost 3000 employees at peak and were dealing with more than 10000 manpower including subcontractors in this project.

Responsibilities and Achievements:

Controlling the inter-project Manpower transfers as per the requirements from Project Managers.

Getting worker’s appraisal from their section head before renewing their visas.

Doing the Passport Renewals and Visa transfer to the new Passports.

Taking part in Employee Assessment programs and salary review process.

Verification of the time sheets and supporting documents to make the payroll processing precise.

Have to coordinate with Camp Bosses, Time keepers and Secretaries regarding manpower transfer, staff Attendance, Site clearance, emergencies …etc.

Company : JGC – ME (Japan Gasoline Company – Middle East), Qatar



Worked with Management Team with JGC-ME (Japan Gasoline Company – Middle East) for their DOLPHIN project as HR-Administrator. Had great work experience with major sub contractors in the projects. Used to deal with huge man power and had around 18,000 man powers during its peak. Also involved in managing and maintaining the Engineering soft-wares such as ICAPS and PUNCHLIST.
