I am writing this evening in response to the posting for the Office Manager position you’re looking to fill. As I am sure is likely with the rest of the applicants, this posting immediately sparked my interest as presenting itself as an opportunity I believe I am the right match for.

I believe you will find my resume highlights my major professional accomplishments and abilities while also illustrating my passion for positively contributing to a greater vision. My Bachelors degree was obtained at the University of Florida. My leadership experience both in school and professionally reflects my desire to contribute above and beyond what is required.

For the better part of the past two years I was employed as the Operations Manager for mid-sized international business, which focused on providing global educational services and professional training to the technology industry. To put this position into perspective, I was the 13th employee hired at the company in 2009; as of this year the company had grown to over 60 full-time employees. I was fortunate to have been an instrumental part of policy shaping and implementation, as well as running daily operational functions of the company including warehouse operations, process and project management, travel and event planning, shipping/receiving and logistics and also co-managing the company’s expenses (direct P&L responsibilities) with the Controller.

I have worked hard to develop professionally while continuing to grow and learn. While I acknowledge that I have many strengths in my position, I also realize that I must always continue learning how to better myself as a leader and professional. I have no doubt that coming on board in this capacity would be an exceptional opportunity to continue developing professionally and personally. I believe that I possess the necessary experience, and knowledge to be a great addition to the organization. I am fluent in all Microsoft Office products, many Adobe products, SugarCRM, and have familiarity with SalesForce.
