Hired to develop and construct government construction projects for Lebolo Construction Management in Florida. Worked in Tampa, South Florida and Homestead. Estimated, negotiated and constructed projects for GSA, MacDill AFB and Homestead ARB.

Responsibilities included marketing, estimating, P&L for the design, construction and quality control of Florida projects. Oversaw engineering, plan development, budget, contracts and all construction functions. Managed $8M budget.
Manager/Quality Control Manager, Doyon Government Group, an Alaskan Native 8A general construction company, 2011 to 2014, specializing in Federal and Amtrak Projects. Managed the P&L for the design, construction and quality control of nationwide projects. Oversaw engineering, plan development, budget, contracts and all construction functions. Managed $10M budget.
Senior Project Manager, Bay Electric Company, a $90M general construction company, 2008 to 2010. Managed the P&L for the design and construction of nationwide government military projects. Oversaw engineering, plan development, budget, contracts and all construction functions. Led 20 professionals and managed $16M budget.
Senior Project Manager, BECO LLC, an $80M construction company, 2005 to 2008. Designed, developed and constructed HUDD commercial multi-family and office park projects. Full P&L responsibility up to $40M. Negotiated contracts and governmental construction approvals. Directed 50 employees and results for all revenues.
