KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Hired to develop and construct government construction projects for Lebolo Construction Management in Florida. Worked in Tampa, South Florida and Homestead. Estimated, negotiated and constructed projects for GSA, MacDill AFB and Homestead ARB.

Completed government construction projects for Doyon Government Group. Worked to open new markets on the East Coast. Analyzed market opportunities, bid work and negotiated contracts. Completed construction on major projects in MA, VA, MD, SC and UT.

Developed and delivered multiple government construction projects. Bay Electric needed additional projects to keep revenue pipeline going. Analyzed market opportunities, bid work and negotiated contracts. Completed construction on three major projects at one time and delivered $17M in new revenue.

Completed land development project on time and under budget. Started with vacant land. Developed BECO plan to build multi-use office and multi-family buildings. Set use plan. Obtained zoning, secured funding, designed buildings and built bridges. Completed complex project. Earned recognition for high level of professionalism.

Saved government project from failure. Remediation of military complex was six months behind schedule. Selected to fix project failures. Restructured Horne Engineering branch office. Found branch office to be utter disarray. Set new culture through different office management style. Eliminated safety issues and minimized risk. Delivered successful completion of three concurrent projects. One Superfund and two major highway projects were awarded to Driggs simultaneously. CAREER HISTORY

Recently completed Quality Control Management project for four Hospital Projects in San Antonio, TX for Doyon Govt. Group(2017). Operations/Project Manager, Lebolo Construction Management, Government Division (Federal and GSA) 8A general construction company, 2014. Responsibilities included marketing, estimating, P&L for the design, construction and quality control of Florida projects. Oversaw engineering, plan development, budget, contracts and all construction functions. Managed $8M budget.

Manager/Quality Control Manager, Doyon Government Group, an Alaskan Native 8A general construction company, 2011 to 2014, specializing in Federal and Amtrak Projects. Managed the P&L for the design, construction and quality control of nationwide projects. Oversaw engineering, plan development, budget, contracts and all construction functions. Managed $10M budget.

Senior Project Manager, Bay Electric Company, a $90M general construction company, 2008 to 2010. Managed the P&L for the design and construction of nationwide government military projects. Oversaw engineering, plan development, budget, contracts and all construction functions. Led 20 professionals and managed $16M budget.

Senior Project Manager, BECO LLC, an $80M construction company, 2005 to 2008. Designed, developed and constructed HUDD commercial multi-family and office park projects. Full P&L responsibility up to $40M. Negotiated contracts and governmental construction approvals. Directed 50 employees and results for all revenues.

Project Manager, VIRTEXCO Corporation, a $100M construction company, 2003 to 2005. Developed new projects. Provided remediation construction services. Supervised 45 professionals and oversaw $20M budget.
