CAREER OBJECTIVE
To develop myself as a competent professional with the intention of exposing myself to new challenges, experience and a clear set of goals. To emerge out as an outstanding leader in all areas of my profession.

Responsibilities:
●Facility in charge of Loperot dispensary as a nursing officer
●Ensure day to day running of the facility and co-ordinating other staffs to ensure that services are delivered as required by the standards.
●Conduct monthly facility review meetings for data and vital health indicators like ANC/MCH/FP and HIV/AIDS treatment.
●Update all registers at service delivery points in the facility. This includes outpatient registers, HIV testing and treatment registers and tally sheets to ensure smooth reporting at the end of the month.
●Ensure quality of service meets standard and its well documented and reported.
●Ensure all government property is well guarded and protected to avoid loss and damages.
●Mentor health workers in the facility mainly on the issues of quality services and staff motivation
●Maintain update the hospital financial obligation and keep the cash book updated
●Carry out outreaches in far to reach areas Turkana being a vast area with facilities being far flung, to support mainly maternal and child services.
