Position: Office Manager/Operations Assistant Manager/Dispatcher. Responsibilities include managing 20-30 employees to ensure household moves are properly performed. Dispatch drivers and coordinate moves. Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable and reconcile weekly Comdata and claims report. Create paperwork for household moves, process and close all files once move is complete. Provide customer service to both inside and outside customers; assist sales team with estimates along with assisting both operations and warehouse manager with daily work load.
