SCRUM Implementation and Development: Spearhead introduction of Agile methods to business processes through diligent requirements gathering, backlog management, project management, and implementation of two week sprint cycles to ensure continuous process improvements. Led sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews that ensured project delivery and meeting stakeholder expectations.
Reporting and Analytics Infrastructure: Effectively selected an appropriate vendor, collaborated with cross-functional departments with meetings, and requirements gathering/backlog management.
Conference Management Solutions: Spearhead payment vendor and third-party API selection and core project management functions, including levering Agile methods, cross-functional communication, eliminating backlogs, providing technical documentation, and data analysis.

Part of the core PM team: Contributed to vendor selection, requirements gathering, and architecture for the MS Dynamics project - which would replace the existing membership/CRM system.
SaaS implementation: Lead the selection and agile implementation of applications such as JIRA, Slack, and AppVeyor. I aligned the constraints, opportunities, and benefits with the requirements and organizational vision. In addition, I use the lasted .NET Frameworks to bring new search capabilities, patch security vulnerabilities, and fix bugs in the system.
Introduced Agile Quality Control and Testing methods: Developed (using c# and SQL) an automated congressional district mapping system. We introduced members of the legislative department to agile QC and testing. Today, they are the flagship department for agile business processes at NETU.
