• Fueled growth and built division aggressively. The Enzo Life Sciences division was not growing. As part of a three-person team that included the CEO and CSO (Chief Science Officer), an aggressive acquisition growth strategy was formulated. o An aggressive M&A growth strategy was formulated that grew the division from $3M to $40M. o Spearheaded target company valuations, due diligence, contract review, integrations, organizational building and policy setting.
