Coordinates the President's Emergency Plan For AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) investment in Haiti (approx. $100 million programmed in FY 2018). Serves as HQ POC for the in-country team and interagency stakeholders.

Analyzes current political situation in Haiti to inform program decision making. Travels to country to audit programming, advise the PEPFAR team and represent O/GAC when meeting with multilateral representatives.

Drafts briefing papers and talking points for O/GAC leadership; advises leadership on Haiti-specific issues pertaining to programming and budgeting. Drafts country profile to be included in annual reports to Congress.

Supports the drafting and finalization PEPFAR Haiti’s annual budget and target setting process, also known as the Country Operations Plan (COP). As programming evolves, ensures budget changes are reflected in FACTsInfo.

Evaluates PEPFAR Haiti programming, target achievement and spending against O/GAC targets by orchestrating quarterly interagency reviews with field and headquarters. Provides recommendations for data driven decision-making.

Improves implementing partner performance by reviewing and providing feedback on CDC and USAID work plans. This ensures programming is in alignment with overall PEPFAR objectives.

As Program Support Officer, supports the operations of all 35 PEPFAR country and regional programs for the Country Operations and Accountability team. Assists in the planning and coordination of the annual COP meetings in Johannesburg, South Africa and Washington DC.

Coordinates and compiles the annual COP Guidance for PEPFAR implementing agencies, stakeholders and civil society and implementing partners under abbreviated deadlines. Ensured the guidance is vetted by leadership and made available to country teams, thus allowing country teams to begin the annual COP planning process in a timely fashion.
