During the 17 years at Dis-Chem, I was actively involved in store development and opening of new stores. Namely; Northgate, Boksburg North, Farramere, Parkmeadows, Secunda, Heidelberg and Springs. Responsibilities included design of store layouts and defining optimal stock placement for merchandising. I actively defined stock levels and placed the necessary pre-opening orders on the warehouse and suppliers. Managed the teams that were utilised to open the store.
