Electro Cardio Graph is a device which measures cardiac movement of heart muscles. Project implementation 4 month and 2 months for control phase, under the guidance of Head of Dept.

Final Project

Project Title: Formation Control of Autonomous Mobile robot Objective: The purpose of project is Border security as well as Industrial application wherie to a robot a goal is pre decided but the path to achieve it is to be decided by itself. The construction was made by coordinating the Arduino with ZigBee Configuration. On various fronts, situations arise where direct involvement of humans in dangerous and hazardous areas may cost their lives. Such situations being common in Defense as well Industrial areas leads to requirement of a smart robot who itself would guide to defined path., overcoming obstacles. The project tried to explore in this arena, thus taking a humble step towards AI and automation.

Software: XCTU for ZigBee configuration

Mahle Anand Filter Systems Pvt. Ltd.:- I was associated as a Project Trainee with Mahle Filters Ltd. Pune

About Company :- Mahle Filter System is the manufacturing industry leading the production of cabin Air filters, Oil filters & Fuel filters. There are total four plants Of Mahle in all over India viz; @ Khandsa, Parwanoo, Chennai & Pune. The annual turnover of Mahle Filters Pune is of about 160 crore.

Key Highlights :-

1) Implementation of SFM (Shop Floor Management) :- SFM is the philosophy customized based on the lean manufacturing system, which includes Identification and resolution of daily challenges, basically this creates Ownership in the operating staff, towards the problems and its solutions. Which results in to Reduction of Internal PPM from 5000 to 3800 for overall plant, Cost saving about 1 million with some cycle time reduction with change in layout, set up time reduction etc. Reduction in First aid cases with better capturing, monitoring of incidents and immediate corrective and proactive actions. 2) People Engagement :- Considering People engagement is the Key of success, I have identified 16 small justchallenges on shop floor created a CFT, coordinating the CFT ( Cross functional Team ) with the seniors successfully completed all 16 Quality circle Projects which results in to reduction in Internal PPM and Improvement in the 5S as well as first aids

3) Inventory Management :- Daily proactive management and synchronization of all 4M ( Man, Machine, Material and Method ) results in to reduction in WIP ( work in progress ) from 2 crores to 1.42 crores, which Includes on line rework clearance and reduction, defining & Maintaining the Minimum Inventory levels, Display of Visuals to control and maintain the Inventory levels. 4) Reduction in COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality):- which includes a) Inventory variance which is reduced by managing 4M b) premium freight which is reduced as the productivity and 4M management improved c) Internal Rejection :- which is reduced By formation of Quality circles DESIGN PROFICIENCIES & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
