Answering phones; filing; typing letters and forms; making flyers with graphics for various events at the clubhouse; collecting monthly dues from homeowners; depositing checks; contacting vendors; seeing that bills were paid and approved by board of directors; keeping track of petty cash; keeping time sheets for employees; doing payroll for employees through ADP; keeping track of homeowners dues on excel spread sheets; keeping track of elevator keys; distributing parking stickers for homeowners and keeping a log of parking sticker numbers; making sure clubhouse was set up for Board Meetings; keeping an up-to-date homeowner directory with phone numbers, unit numbers and names of homeowners for 4 buildings; making sure all homeowners received flyers for important happenings at Casablanca; keeping Board of Directors files up to date.

Duties:

Answering phones; taking messages for faculty; taking care of all undergraduate nursing students which entailed all of their files kept up to date; copying and typing all exams for undergraduate nursing students; scheduling exams for students; typing letters for professors; processing grade sheets for all students and organizing times for labs;

Scheduling times for faculty meetings; registering all nursing students that were admitted at registrar’s office; proctoring lab exams; keeping excel spreadsheets on students that required names, addresses, phone numbers and semester grades and QPA’s; typing and copying professors articles for publication in journals and reviews; ordering supplies for nursing office.

2009-2010

UNLV initiated an early retirement package for employees that had 10 years of service and the appropriate age for early retirement. I accepted the package and in 2010 accepted the part-time position at Casablanca Homeowners Association.
