Senior Vice President, Tokyo, Japan

Management Representative of The Coca-Cola Company Japan and Korea Divisions. Managed one hundred plus member team responsible for stewardship of client’s $125 million annual investment so that assignments were completed on strategy, on time and within budget. Agency had marketing/creative/media/special event assignments on fourteen brands, and new product development. Restructured account service, media and creative groups for operational efficiency, increased synergy among brands resulting in more effective Agency products, and improved client service. Client considered this a major contributor to their marketing success. This action led to Japan/Korea Division contributing better than expected operating profit during period.
