2011 to Present: VITAS HOSPICE, Greenville, TX Primary On-Call Tele-Care Nurse. On-call for visits in a 14,000 sq. mile area. Asses situational and symptom needs, recommending new treatments, medications, or levels of care which I implemented and assessed outcomes. Teaching and support to families, patients, and staff. Regularly worked in other roles, or staffed the Vitas Inpatient Unit in Baylor Scott and White Carrollton.

Auust2006 to – 2011: TRINITY VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE, Kaufman, TX RN program Nursing Instructor. Teaching skills lab, clinical, lecture, and other assignments as needed. Regularly taught double clinical assignments during faculty shortages.

July 2004 to July 2006: Took time off to work on Masters degree and tend a severely fractured ankle. Performed part-time or fill in work and audits for local nursing homes when the DON or ADON needed help or were out, and worked as a PRN nurse at the Medical Center of Terrell ER, ICU, Med-surg floor.
