Import & Export Assistant

Import Duties

Daily basis D.O follow up.

To arrange the Vessel or Flight for import shipment through the Forwarder.

Under custom releasing shipment follow up.

Making arrangement the Indemnity Bond & Post-Dated cheque for releasing the shipment.

To use the proper utilization of imported accessories for re-export.

Prepare the import cases with the shipping documents for releasing the Indemnity Bond and post-dated cheque from custom.

Export Duties

Follow up the audit of the goods.

Arrange the booking regarding audited goods on the vessel or flight for the export consignment.

Making arrangements to moving cargo through any Trucker or Airing the goods from city to city to meet the vessel sailing date.

Prepare the custom documents according to the L/C for the clearance of the Goods from the custom.

Prepare the Form E as per custom invoice for the custom clearance and verification from the Bank.

Prepare the Bill of Lading or Air Way Bill draft as per L/C and send to the concern Shipping line for finalize the original Bill of Lading or Air waybill.

Arrange the NOC against Form E from the Bank and collect the Bill of Lading or Air waybill from the concern shipping line.

Prepare Commercial Invoice according to the L/C.

Prepare Packing List according to the L/C.

Prepare the Bill of Exchange as per L/C for the remittances of the payments from the Buyer.

Prepare the Certificate of Origin and verification from the Ministry of Commerce.

Preparing undertaking for not shipping illegal products.

Preparing Generalized System of Preferences for each consignment & verification from Export Promotion Bureau.

Presenting the original commercial documents as per L/C term.

Authorizing Bank to send the documents on collection.

Making arrangements for negotiation of export bills from the concerned Bank on behalf of the organization.
