Planning and estimating for a >$25M (phase I) data center disaster recovery and data center migration project.

A program for the conversion of the Wolters Kluwer NA network (over 100 remote sites and multiple data centers) from frame relay to AVPN technology. The project ran for over a year and was accomplished with no unscheduled outages or issues.
