Profile

I am a detail-oriented PMP in IT Infrastructure, Change Management, Application Development and Data Processing. Experienced in end-to-end project management, particularly on system/application upgrades, integrations and new implementations for major financial institutes, public utilities and government ministries. Managed various businesses stakeholders with their needs and expectations, defined functional requirements to the IT groups and negotiated contracts with external vendors. I have taken some time off from September/2014 to October/2015, back in Hong Kong to take care of my parents who were 102 & 98. After I finished my last assignment with Sun Life in October 2016, I was out of the country back in Hong Kong to take care of my father who later passed away in February 2017. I returned to Canada in March 2017 after his funeral.
