I am a detail-oriented PMP in IT Infrastructure, Change Management, Application Development and Data Processing. Experienced in end-to-end project management, particularly on system/application upgrades, integrations and new implementations for major financial institutes, public utilities and government ministries. Managed various businesses stakeholders with their needs and expectations, defined functional requirements to the IT groups and negotiated contracts with external vendors.
