Maintaining staff personal files in a perfect manner to ensure staff personal files are complete and secure.

Handling all areas related to staff leave and maintains the leave register.

Maintaining records on staff request related to attendance and factoring on daily basis.

Assist on recruitment process.

Providing orientation sessions to new employees; informing them about policy, organizational structures and workplace code of conduct.

Post job description, reviewing resumes, assist with interviewing applicants, and sending follow-up letters to applicants.

Responsible for staying current with government legislation, procedures and requirement.
