At Lashgroup, I work for the Invokana/Invokamet team activation savings cards and trial offers for patients. I work with 2 screens, using templates from excel and word. We also use a system named centecor that helps us efficiently get things done. It is a call center environment. We must trouble shoot there cards if needed, as well as get them to the appropriate team necessary to assist with anything else. I also work for there Nexplanon team, using the same system but for them I do data entry. Making sure all patient profiles are correct as well as all faxes needing to be sent out must get sent out in a timely matter. I am continuing my knowledge in customer service, as well as my typing proficiency. I thought I was good when I first started but I have surprised myself with the efficiency of my typing.
Fencing Coach
FSAI - Seven Fields, PA - August 2012 to November 2014 In coaching I have gained a better sense of responsibility of not only myself but others as well. I teach up to 15 kids in one lesson, teaching them the skills they need to know to accomplish the goal of winning a match. Guardian Protection Services - Cranberry, PA - November 2013 to October 2014 I am currently an emergency dispatcher. I deal with high priority and low priority alarms, such as burglary, medicals, fires, panics, etc. In this job I deal with a high level of stress and must maintain a cool and collective tone throughout all conversations whether it be frustrated customers or those who are in frantic need of help. I must also multitask by finding the account in question while making sure customers are verified. We also deal with high volumes of call which has increased my customer service skills as well as my multitasking skills and prioritizing.

Responsibilities
Front desk cashier took orders and sent them to the line, than I was moved up to line where I made the food with two other coworkers. I was then moved up to drive thru this happened in a matter of a week. Here I took orders, while collecting payment, while getting drinks, and making sure that the correct order was up. If I had a min or two to spare I was washing dishes. Working at Taco Bell proved to me my excellent multitasking skills and the levels of stress that wouldn't get to me at all. EDUCATION
