Collaborated with large distribution client in designing intricate online trade vendor management system to include vendor creation and maintenance as well as a complete approval routing process with automated email alerts. Analysis of existing manual workflow to produce AS-IS and TO-BE documentation. Conducted gap analysis to ensure all requirements are met or exceeded with the new system implementation.
