Project: The Customer Record Information System (CRIS) is the system which maintains customer information and accounting information with centralized database named as SNE and applying the rates to the products during service order processing and creates the account files. Pass the accounting information as a files to downstream systems for further processing.

CRIS which is a BELL ATLANTIC processing system and stores the entire customers information for NE/NY around 20 RAO's(Revenue Accounting Offices) which includes 11 from NY and 9 from NE states and billing information resides in CRIS the IN and OUT of every active users account information with IN and AROUND VERIZON limits.

and eligibility determination.
