Northwestern Kazakhstan

Tengiz field is an oil and gas field located in Northwestern Kazakhstan’s low-lying wetlands along the Northeast shores of the Caspian Sea. It covers a 2,500 km project license area which also includes a smaller Korolev field as well as several explorator5 prospects. Tenizchevr oil LLP was formed between the Kazakhstan and Chevron Corporation in 1993. Today TCO is the largest company in that field.

RESPONSIBILITY :

1.Developed and updating of P&IDs on SPPID.

2.Creation of P&ID.

3.Extraction of Reports on SPPID.

4.Check all P&IDs before releasing.

Job Responsibility includes all major activities involved in processing the Engineering documentation.

Handle the task of outgoing & incoming Engineering Documents (Documents are logged in to the document control system and issued to Client properly with appropriate transmittal).

Checking receipt of incoming mails from Vendor for Log-in, Routing & Return.

Downloading of documents from POL to ND Server

Making document profile of each document uploaded form POL

Sending mail to the concerned RE/Back=up RE.

Uploading documents on to the POL.

Make a review file of the documents for review by concerned discipline engineers.

Bulk Uploading, downloading and issuing of documents in accordance to distribution matrix.

Placing documents on squad checking using EDR (Electronic document review).

Controlling the Document review cycle of Vendor Documents.

Responsible for keeping all the documents, drawing, Manuals in hard and soft form till retention period mentioned in the project plan.

Prepare transmittals and distribute documents/drawings for review as per the distribution matrix.

Control all Incoming and Outgoing Drawings/Documents etc. Ensure timely issuance and distribution of all the Drawings/Document as per project procedure. .

Co-ordination with Project Management Team and others.

Archive of latest revisions for access to all concerned.
