Provide clients with leading practices for digital transformation strategy development and migration to cloud based solutions in a hybrid environment. I have helped clients bring challenged projects back on track by applying my vast project and program management knowledge. Most recently I worked with a captive finance company to bring an Oracle migration project back on track. Prior to that, I helped a start-up analytics company develop a digital product strategy and DevOps organization. T-MOBILE USA 1/2016 – 1/2017

Director – Financial Services Solutions

Built a highly functioning DevOps team to deliver four of T-Mobile’s top seven digital transformation projects. Successfully delivered a new cloud based FICO decision manager solution which was delivered in a third of T-Mobile’s historical project delivery timeline and was delivered on budget with all commercially viable requirements being satisfied. Product owner for all T-Mobile financial services solutions enabling 10mm new customers to receive service and finance devices and accessories.

Led Product Management for the Financial Services Digital Platform and provided product and customer experience leadership and coordination in a fast-paced high-volume

Responsible for the leadership of a team of Technical Product Managers who engaged with a cross-disciplinary team which conceived, designed and develop innovative financial platform products for 70 million customers.

Built the first team at T-Mobile to design and deliver using the T-Mobile digital IT strategy
