Project Manager Assistant (1/2017 - 1/2018)

Hawthorne Contracting

Coordinated weekly office meetings and offsite construction meetings. Prepared Action Item notes from Project Manager project meetings within 24hrs and distribute them to all required parties. Follow up meeting minutes 2 days prior to weekly construction meetings. Managed all calendar tracking, prioritized and updated Project Manager’s daily To Do List.
