Progressed Oracle Next Generation Solutions enhancements (E-Business Suite, and a migration from Oracle 10g to Oracle 11i) to support HUD mandated Housing Choice, Catalyst and Move-To-Work initiatives, a legacy system migration and sunset, and an infrastructure revamp.
