Charge Preparation of various scrap in a suitable ratio for the production of alloy.

Quality test of sample alloy in Spectrocast and modification of components of alloy to get desired specification.

Labour sift management & Task allocation according to the requirement & priority.

Material Cataloguing/Codification by referring its name plate specifications or by studying/reviewing the available Engineering documents (i.e. Material Data Sheet) .

Periodically check of obsolete item, slow/non-moving items having sufficient inventory and its blocking in Material Master for further procurement for Inventory Optimization & Control.

Creation of Purchase Requisition (PRs) by considering the inventory, current consumption and plant reliability.

Responsible of approval of PRs from the management with requirement justification and its regular follow up with Purchase team for Purchase Order (PO) processing.

Management and monitoring of material and service contract by regular reviewing its consumption and follow-up with vendor for material and service delivery.

Creation of Maintenance Notification and Work Oder and its scheduling and management to carry out maintenance activity.

Responsible for optimal utilization of resource by proper planning of allocation of manpower and equipment for operation and maintenance activity.
