Integrated Product Team Lead (IPT Lead – Control Systems)

■ Used efficiently and proactively, in a daily basis, the tools of integration of Scope, Time, Costs, Quality, Human

Resources, Communications, Risk Management, Procurements (contracts and purchasing), and Stakeholders

Military Engines Performance Analyst II (2005-2007)

■ Executed in a daily basis F135 engine test data performance analysis Pratt & Whitney as the customer. This included 12 different rig test engines and updates/repairs made to them.

■ Ran simulations according against standard engine requirements and specifications using NPSS.

■ Simulations were based on flight envelope, day conditions and engine number

■ Responsible for keeping track of updates of all engine performance tests run by the customer for a total of 10

different F135 test engines.

■ Requested engine tests, including special tasks to be performed, special instrumentation to be used, and which flight envelope/environmental conditions were needed to be tested.

■ Presented and discussed whole analysis charts presentation packages with customers in a regular basis.

Hewlett-Packard Caribe Aguadilla, PR 1996-2005

Project Management/Process Design/Product Engineer

■ Successful participation in the Process/Product transfer from Hewlett Packard Corvallis, OR Site (R&D) to Hewlett

Packard PR Site for 6 months delivering the complete process to production stage on time.

■ Lead Inkjet technology processes for silicon wafer sandblasting, microwashing, coatings, and product inspection.

■ Directed from start to finish capital assets acquisition, tool installation, validation processes, calibrations, and preventive maintenance including all required documentation as owner/author. Successfully trained and certified personnel for the proper operation and repair/maintenance, this including cross training for different processes’ engineers.

■ Actively lead BOM management, tool warranties, and redesigns to comply with HP World Wide Process Convergence which included Oregon, Ireland, Singapore, and Puerto Rico sites. Highly experienced with development of process documentation, including Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s), Standard Operating Procedures, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s) consistent with enterprise process documentation and assurance standards.

■ Executed Project Schedule/Budget Management from starting phases (budget approvals based on financial analysis) to release to manufacturing and or commissioning. EVMS, risk assessments, recovery plans, efficient identification of deliverables and milestones, development of maintenance and operation documents followed by continuous training and periodic certifications to technicians and operators.
