Supervised teams that developed all new processes and physical infrastructure for the new entity, then led the project’s build and delivery.

Created a strategic plan, business model, company infrastructure, work processes, and facilitated the financing package to revitalize a spun-off, floundering $1B company. As a result, enthusiasm and drive were restored and the project was completed on time and under budget by 10%. The company received such good feedback that the process was adopted as a corporate standard.

Completely re-engineered the back-office operations of a $15B company consistently unable to meet its goals. Re-allocated all costs to the appropriate departments and processes to ensure accurate accountability and analysis.
