Created check-off lists for inspectors according to resident needs and or concerns.

Created sign-off documents for owner to follow what items needed to be changed, integrated, or created new.

TruStage – Agile Transformation Leader (07/22 – 02/24)

In partnership with business owners and IT leads, helped coach teams in the agile methodology facilitating the team and structuring the initiatives and ideas into roadmaps with sequences of Minimum Valuable Functionalities (MVF) and co-owned the initiative delivery and business results.
