TruStage – Agile Transformation Leader (07/22 – 02/24)

In partnership with business owners and IT leads, helped coach teams in the agile methodology facilitating the team and structuring the initiatives and ideas into roadmaps with sequences of Minimum Valuable Functionalities (MVF) and co-owned the initiative delivery and business results.
