Industrial Process Engineer

●Applied process engineering skills to develop functional, bacteria-free food manufacturing facilities.

●Lead Process Engineer for a 1,400 Head / hr. pork slaughtering facility. 700,000 sq. ft. $260 Million Facility.

oAll MEP coordination. Process MEP and Cooling MEP

oCoordinated cooler/freezer storage design, box handing system, box shop design, kill floor design, site design, etc.

oMain coordinator between client, 13 vendors, and staff architecture.

oDesigned all Processes in 3D Revit and Autocad.

●Construction Process Engineer for Dailies Bacon in St Joe, Missouri $60 Million Facility

oSame role as above down through construction.

oOnce per week travel on site for Process Equipment Installation.

oDesigned and installed Stainless Steel Brine (Salt Water) Injection system for all Bacon before smoking. Also designed and installed slicing operation through box handling system.

●Design Process Engineer for STF Pork slaughtering facility in Sioux City Iowa. 650,000 sq. ft. $250 Million Facility.

oSame role as above except I was not the main Vendor and Client contact.

●Design Process Engineer for Keken Pork Slaughtering facility in Merena, Mexico $150 Million

Industrial Engineer II

●Applied manufacturing process skills to design and plan the layout of Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) buildings.

●Included cross-discipline coordination with MEP, Electrical, Architecture, Telecom, and many different contractors/vendors.

●Lead Process Engineer for AMMROC MRO (Maintenance Repair Overhaul) military facility in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. A Lockheed Martin venture. $500 Million Facility.

Permanent placement for 5 months in Al Ain, U.A.E.

MRO Building which includes 5 hangars including a Paint Hangar, Blade Shop Building, Transmission Test Cell Building, Engine Test Cell building, Helicopter Whirl Stand Test Cell, and other ancillary site wide buildings.

■MRO facilities are used to refurbish Commercial Jet Engines (A350, A330, and smaller) or Military Aircraft Engines (F-350, C-130, Black Hawk Helicopters, Cargo Use A330, and other aircraft used in the UAE/Saudi Military).

●Process Engineer for Royal Blue Airlines MRO facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

●Designed ASRS (Automatic Retrieval and Storage System) for King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Created 3D models for machine specifications and design guidelines using Revit Autodesk software.

●Designed Baggage Handling Systems for O’Hare International Airport (US Airways and United) and Ernesto Cortissoz International Airport in Barranquilla, Colombia.

Designed per TSA standards and modeled in 3D for installation coordination.

●Set standards through video recording and pace rating, then compared it to monitored output and past MTM standards. Verified 80% of standards in SAP for 7,000 different SKU’s.

●Provided assembly time quotes for all new products. Reduced quote time from 30 days to 10 days.
