•.Sending the material for further processing after production with supplier as indicated in technical drawing.

•.Co-ordination with project managers on status of production and dispatch to site.

•.Issuing details of materials to be dispatched to site which is ready after production to the packing department which is a part of logistic department.

Worked with LANDMARK GROUP in their Prestigious HOME CENTRE LLC concept as Showroom Manager in Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi Marina Mall branch. The store was of 89000 Sq/ft with 106 staffs reporting. Home Centre L.L.C is one of the leading retailers in Furniture & Household accessories.

Responsibilities:

First level Customer Service & Overseeing retail trade.

Maintaining store standards at any given point of time.

Daily floor walk.

Budgeting & achieving the given store target.

Man power planning and allocation of jobs for the staffs.

Cost Controlling. (Shrinkage reduce/control, Controlling on Damages, Reducing Operational Cost).
