Executive Vice President/COO

● Directed 14 staff and managed Audit, Call Center, Cards (Credit and Debit), Compliance, Facilities, Information Technology and Security.

● Managed numerous large-scale projects including construction of a new credit union branch, managed logistics for the relocation of Administrative staff, and modernization of the main branch including technology, facilities and grounds, with a total budget of over 6 million.

● Revitalized outdated Information Technology and Security systems; updated related policies and procedures.

● Worked with our core financial processor to review configurations and operating procedures, verifying efficiency; translating business requirements between key stakeholders and the vendor to document and provide resolutions.
