-Collecting samples of crude oil (From Topping unit -AGO, HGO,Heavy naphta,Light naphta, DPK,LGO,Atmospheric Residue.From Gas Unit- C3,C4.From Vaccum unit - HVGO,LVGO,Vaccum Residue). Taking the sample to petroleum Laboratory for analysis to determine specification

-Transferring of samples to different plants( Atmospheric Residue to Vaccum unit, Vaccum Residue to FCCU,Heavy Naphta to Reforming unit, Light Naphta to Pump House B for blending).

-Reporting of the plant condition(Topping uunit) to the control room(panel men).

-Lubrication of functional pumps

-Transferring of CAUSTIC SODA(NAOH) to the Water Treatment Plant for recycling.

-Routine and constant check on the Desalter drum to notify control room on the crude oil, water and emulsion interface

- Preparation of the safety plant environment for relevant Hot work(welding Fire works on leak equippments) to avoid explosion and preparing of Hot Works permitt
