• Performing Stage Testing on of stator and rotor: Winding resistance, IR test, HV test, Surge test, Capacitance measurement.

• In-process quality checks for VPI process for stator and rotor.

• Quality check for backing and powder coating operation.

• Performing MIBK and cross cut test on powder spray coated job.

• Hands-on experience in Performing Testing's of Ac and Dc motors for wind turbine: Resistance, IR Test, HV Test, No load Test- RPM, Current & Power, Load test, Rated voltage test, Pull out torque, Over load test, test, Partial load test, Compound mode test,Temperature raise test.

• Performing Testing's on Transformers for wind turbine as per IS2026 part1 and part3:IR test, Voltage ratio test, Winding resistance measurement, No-load loss and current,Measurment of short circuit impedance, Load losses, Separate source voltage with stand test, Induces over voltage test, Oil BDV,Double voltage double frequency test, Magnetic balance test,Temprature raise test.

• Inspection of coated lamination CRGO M400 and M1300 sheet used for generator core: Watt loss per kg, Sheet dimension measurement, Burr level.

• Inspection Generator Pole Shoe:Resistance and Inductance measurement,IR test, Surge test,HV test, pole sequence test, Dimension test.

• Dual coat Enameled copper wire and strip conductors for generator as per IEC-60851,IEC- 60317:Resistance measurement,BDV test, Peel test,Sprin back test,Resistance to abrasion test,Cut through test,Resin compactiablity test,Elongation test,Tensional strength test.

• Preparation and modification of specification, QAP, Incoming QAP for our suppliers.

• Delivered quality controls and enhancements to proactively address problems and improved product quality, manufacturing flow, customer satisfaction and bottom-line results.

Inspection In-coming raw material for wind turbine and generator components.

• Enameled Copper Wire & copper strip testing for Generator stator & rotor ( IEC-60851 & IEC 60317)
