Responsibilities include commercial and residential real estate sales in Oregon and Washington, including transactions in Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania, Pacific, Columbia, Clatsop, King, Marion, Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties. I manage and assist clients with REO rehabs, due diligence, valuation, easements, city and county permits, lot line adjustments, variances, conditional use permits, clearing title liens, surveys, and geospatial analysis utilizing GIS software. I also write, review and negotiate real estate contracts and leases and assist with securing financing and loans.

I was charged with managing both IT and construction projects. My IT projects included implementing a customized accounting software program and streamlining the network. My construction projects included finding, researching, managing, constructing and/or rehabbing and acquiring real property, including vacant land, single family homes, apartments, mixed used strip malls and other commercial buildings. Responsibilities included due diligence, feasibility, writing and reviewing SOWs, contracts and RFPs, vendor selection, procurement, scheduling, reporting, budgeting, reporting and all phases of project management. I also managed a team of four property managers and was responsible for recruiting, training and supervising the team members. I was laid off just prior to the company going out of business.

Planned Parenthood of the Columbia Willamette
I managed a variety of projects including HIPPA compliance, EMR conversion, a company wide change of desk top computer hardware and software, a new phone system (Voice over IP) and several new construction and tenant improvement projects. My responsibilities also included annual budget preparation, project initiation, planning, development, execution, control and close out. I also set up a formal vendor evaluation program and managed the repairs and facilities maintenance of 9 geographically dispersed medical clinics in the northwest. My position was eliminated after federal funding (FPEP) was discontinued.

I worked on a 1099 basis providing consulting, training and full project management services to a variety of local clients. One if my clients (PPCW) offered me a full time position at their company.

I managed four departments (Inventory Services, Project Management, Technical Training and Support.) These departments included over 60 field personnel and revenues in excess of $7 million a year. Our clients were major wireless telecom providers throughout North America. I traveled extensively for the position and managed cross functional and field teams that managed data for wireless assets in remote field sites. I was the key liaison between the company and the client. I also worked closely with the sales people to help close the sale and then managed the overall implementation. I personally developed all departmental reporting and analytical procedures and developed an integrated web-based support system for mobile employees. I was laid off shortly after the 9/11 attacks.
