Directed implementation of Organizational Management Systems in several multi-billion corporations. Established management systems policies/ procedures with Siemens Corporation, Hitachi America, CB&I and Parsons’ Corporation Process Owners and Executives. Administered internal programs to ensure that forecasting, cost and operational systems were in place toward indicated goals and objectives, and that audits were scheduled, non-conformances documented, and corrective actions implemented. Established and maintained a closed loop corrective and preventive action system within the corporations. Instrumental in continued development of internal operational/ regulatory strategies within Siemens Swedish manufacturing organization. Investigated and completed foreign governmental applications (e.g. Canadian Medical Device, Japanese Good Importing Practice Regulations, CE Certification Mark) and Product Reporting requirements. OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Managed the Parsons’ business operations services team employing highly talented professionals to assess life cycle management activities employing best practices, streamlining day-to-day operational activities, and establishing processes to achieve program client/ internal goals on major airport, metro systems, infrastructure and federal energy programs. Built and optimized resources/ led cohesive program teams including functional managers, engineers, document control specialists, administration and procurement specialists. Clearly communicated all critical program details to stakeholders. This also included working with Federal agencies on the development and deployment of energy programs and technologies. Result: Created a process focused organization to include internal Parsons, client, employee and regulatory objectives at New Doha International Airport (NDIA) & Doha Metro, (Doha, Qatar), NAICM Airport, (Mexico City, Mexico), Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) and other large programs up to $17 billion.

Directed the operational development of newly established $150 million U.S. based PBTS business at M.D. Anderson Medical Center. Developed the business management system for reporting cost data, parts information, service repair data, uptime performance data, customer issues, etc. internally within Hitachi and external to the medical center clinicians, physicists and administrators. Result: Created the framework for business interfaces to include financial, customer, internal process, employee and regulatory objectives.

Participated as the supplier management representative in evaluation of potential and existing manufacturing suppliers within the Siemens Corporation. Coordinated with Corporate Purchasing Department in evaluating key suppliers. Created supplier audit plans, conducted audits, created audit reports, and monitored corrective action feedback. Advised and assisted the groups in the implementation of the Quality System Regulations, IEC 601-1, UL 2601 and pre-market governmental requirements relating to new product designs. Developed test methods and conducted testing to evaluate product performance. Result: Enhanced compliance to necessary standards and customer expectations as well as robust equipment performance.

Coordinated and conducted new product manufacturer evaluations with UL and CSA. Established compliance with Safety Standards in the CT, MR, X-Ray and Angiographic modalities. Designed aortic pressure monitoring mechanism implemented with the Penn State Artificial Heart and Left Ventricular Assist Device. The contract supported many of the vital construction projects in Mobile District. In the aftermath of Hurricane Michael, AECOM provided 8 emergency staff (engineers and quality assurance) support to assist in the cleanup and rebuild efforts at Tyndall AFB, FL. This project provided scheduling support at Eglin AFB, FL, and provided geotechnical and structural engineering support for the construction of the 225,000 SF (five floors) Veteran’s Administration’s James A. Haley Bed Tower in Tampa. FL. In 2015, Savannah District also used $1.1M in capacity from this contract to continue to support the construction projects that are underway on the Savannah Harbor Expansion Project (SHEP). 9/2018 – Present.

Construction QA Services for the National Park Service @ DOI, Denver Service Center, Biscayne National Park Restoration, Homestead, FL. AECOM West Palm Beach, FL. Supports National Park Services, Denver Service Center to oversee construction of several projects spanning three sites throughout the park including projects located on the mainland as well as projects located 7-miles offshore on Boca Chita Key, Elliott Key and Adams Key. Provided services for this $6.9M contract, 9/2018 – 7/2022.

Construction QA Services for the National Park Service @ DOI, Denver Service Center to rehabilitate the Tuolumne Meadows Campground in Yosemite National Park. The campground includes improving 304 drive-in campsites, a horse camp, a backpacker’s camp and a group camp. Also included in this project is the rehabilitation of compgrounds roads and enhancement of amenities throughout the campsites. Historic bathrooms upgraded to withstand winter snowloads. In addiiton, the entire water system in the campground was replaced as a looped system and new water service was rerouted to the existing and new restrooms. Provided services for this $22M contract, 5/2022 – Present.

Provided DTRA Planning, Operations, and Advisory Services (POAS) covering the entire continuum of threats from improvised threats to WMD, including land-based, water-based, and airborne Unmanned Aerial Systems threats. In close coordination with the Government, the team supported the DTRA mission by providing subject matter expertise not readily available in the Government. This expertise allowed Government personnel to focus on DTRA’s core mission to deter and counter WMD, improvised threats, and threat networks. Provided services for this $1M staff augmentation contract, 2/2022 – Present.

Construction Management Representative, National Park Service/Denver Service Center, Renovation of the NPS HQ CM, Washington, DC. Managed Construction Oversight and Quality Assurance services to oversee construction of the National Capital Regional Office Renovations and Close-out. The overall project included renovation of the Existing Headquarters Building, Wing A, Wing B, Wing, C, Wing D. Work included hazardous material abatement, demolition, new interior architectural finishes, mechanical /electrical / plumbing systems upgrade, installation of new fire suppression system, installation of new security and telecom systems. Performed construction management services during the closeout phase that included a pre-final walk-through, the final inspection, preparation of the preliminary and the final punch-lists, testing, and administration change management and quality assurance inspection services. August 2022 - December 2022.
