Bulk loader
* Responsible for loading bulk flour trucks. * Responsible for periodic loading and unloading of railcars * Responsible for periodic unloading of trucks * Responsible for periodic movement of railcars using the track mobile. * Expectation is to also learn the flour blender job and step in for the flour blender in their absence. * Responsible for ensuring that Bulk Flour Vessels meet HACCP, Sanitation, and Food Safety Requirements
(including sealing of the trailers). * Responsible for Conformance to Customer, Plant, Divisional, Corporate, Regulatory, HACCP, Food Safety, Personal Safety, and Sanitation requirements. * Responsible for accuracy and integrity of record keeping, bulk loading reports, incident reporting, Master Sanitation Schedules, Loadout Sifter Reports, Finished product zone permits, permit usage, loadout analysis reports and records, and miscellaneous reports. * Responsible for sanitation in the bulk flour areas and trailer storage areas * Responsible for communicating to supervisors and department personnel. * Responsible for maintaining a positive working relationship with coworkers, supervisors, and carriers. 2013-07-01 — 2019-10-01
Inventory control specialist
* Arranges and tracks shipments for waste received at facility to be transported to another disposal location. * Maintains accurate and updated inventory of all waste and reagents stored on site. * Generates and analyzes inventory and waste aging reports. * Creates load composition for outbound shipments to a Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF). * Generates shipping paperwork. * Coordinates shipping schedules with outbound transporters and TSDF's. * Identifies and takes a role in resolving waste discrepancies and inventory-related paperwork problems. * Ensures waste is properly segregated and stored. * Acts as contact for outbound load discrepancies. * Coordinates with USE personnel to resolve discrepancies and communicate resolution with receiving TSDF. * Maintains outbound manifest files and secure return copies. * Creates outbound receipts, complete, scan, and file. * Tracks the financials on each shipment and verifies the profit margin. * Manages and processes the invoices on each shipment. * Performs other, related duties as assigned. 2020-05-01 — 2023-07-01
