I am a mediator for groups of students with behavioral issues as well as ones with gang involvement. I am there to help and show them that education is the way to a better life. I want them to solve differences with their peers and resolve issues. Also, assisted with the prevention and intervention of disruptive and at-risk behavior of students by facilitating behavioral services to students, families, and educational staff. There were 1200 students enrolled and gang activity was reduced by 60%, and attendance increased.
